What we collect. Account information (name, email, role), professional records you or staff add (licenses, certifications, credentialing documents, specialties, availability), scheduling records (shifts, assignments, timesheets), and operational logs of significant actions (audit trail). We intentionally do not collect patient information.
How it's used. Solely to operate staffing workflows: scheduling, assignment matching, credentialing record-keeping, notifications, timesheets, and billing handoff. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it. Access is role-based and enforced at the database layer. Providers see their own records and assignments. Facility users see only their own facility's requests and confirmed coverage. Staff see records needed for operations. Administrators can manage accounts.
Documents. Uploaded documents are stored in private storage and served only through short-lived signed links to authorized users. They are never publicly accessible.
Notifications. We send operational emails (offers, document review results, shift reminders) through a delivery provider. Email content is intentionally minimal; details stay behind your login.
Service providers. The system runs on established infrastructure providers for hosting, database/storage, and email delivery, each processing data only to provide their service. An AI service may receive minimal, non-sensitive scheduling signals (never your documents or contact details) to suggest candidate rankings to staff.
Retention. Operational records are retained while your account or working relationship is active and as needed for business records. Error logs purge automatically after 30 days. You may request account questions or corrections via the contact below.
Security. Encrypted transport, role-based access controls, row-level database security, private document storage, and audit logging of sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to the contact below.
