Terms of Service

What this is. ZEG Locums is a private, invite-only scheduling and staffing-operations tool operated by Zenith Elevation Group ("we"). Accounts are created by administrators for providers, facility contacts, and staff. By signing in, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use. Use the system only for legitimate scheduling, credentialing record-keeping, and staffing operations connected to your role. Do not share your login, attempt to access data outside your role, probe or disrupt the service, or upload content unrelated to staffing operations.

No patient information. This system is for staffing operations and is not designed to hold patient information. Do not enter patient names, identifiers, or clinical details anywhere in the system, including notes and uploads.

Credentialing records. Credentialing features are for document tracking and record-keeping. We do not verify credentials against primary sources; verification is handled by the credentialing office through its own process.

Your content. You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant us permission to store and display them to authorized staff for staffing operations. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduling decisions remain the responsibility of the people making them.

Account termination. Administrators may suspend or remove accounts at any time, including for violations of these terms or the end of a working relationship.

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
